Bartending
  • BeveragesProfessional Bartender providing safe service of alcohol.
  • Client must provide all liquor, mixers, and ice.
  • Salsa Brava bartenders are required by Arizona Liquor Law to check I.D.’s and only serve persons above the age of 21.
    • No one is allowed to consume any type of alcohol on venue unless it is served by our staff.
    • All packages and services are based on a 5-hour service time.
  • For groups of 125+ or events with labor-intensive specialty cocktails, we recommend an additional bartender. ($200 for 5 hours of service in addition)
  • “Shots” will not be served.

Package includes: bar table | linen | disposable cups | beverage napkins | lemon lime garnishes | margarita salt available upon request.

Sales Tax and 20% Gratuity will be added to all services provided by Salsa Brava.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! All buffet options come with GF corn tortillas and chips. Our house pinto beans, signature salsas, and chips are all vegan-friendly. We do not cook with lard or MSG. Menu substitutions for dietary restrictions can be accommodated with prior notice, prices are subject to change.

We would be more than happy to customize your menu. By partnering with us, we can offer recommendations for making your event memorable.

Sanitation services and event breakdown are not included but can be provided at an additional cost.

We can travel approximately 20 miles outside of the city!

Catering Policies
  • Your event includes complimentary disposable small & large plates, napkins, and flatware.
  • Salsa Brava will provide a buffet table, linens, and serving utensils. Our Bartenders are required by Arizona Law to check I.D.’s and serve persons above the age of 21.
  • All packages and services are based on a 5-hour service time. No “shots” will be served.
  • Salsa Brava reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to guests in compliance with Arizona Liquor Law.
  • A $150.00 set charge may be added for large events.
  • Additional travel charges may be added for events outside of Flagstaff city limits.
  • Sales Tax and 20% Gratuity will be added to all services provided by Salsa Brava.
  • The full amount is due no later than 2 weeks from the event.
  • Any deposits received will be applied towards the final amount due. Final guest counts will be due no later than 2 weeks before the event. The exact amount due will be reconciled and provided by Salsa Brava within one week of the event after the final guest counts.
  • Rate of charges will be based on the client’s confirmed headcount received 21 days before the date of the event.
  • Additional charges will be owed for additional guests if the guest total differs from the confirmed guest count.
  • There is an 8 to 30-day minimum notice required to cancel for a full refund.
  • Salsa Brava reserves the right to make minor changes to the menu if key ingredients are unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the company.
  • Salsa Brava Catering will need to have access to the venue no later than 2 hours in advance of the Start Time of the Event. Client will make all necessary arrangements, at Client’s expense, to arrange this access. Client is solely responsible for all costs and/or deposits relating to use of the venue. Also, to obtain any necessary permissions, authorizations, or requirements of the caterer (Salsa Brava) providing services at the venue.
  • Salsa Brava will not be made responsible for event set-up or breakdown (tables, chairs, decorations, tents, etc.) unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • In case of forecasted inclement weather, an event can be rescheduled with 48-hour notice, though we can serve in inclement weather.
  • Caterer cannot guarantee the availability of services of the rescheduled date.
  • Tax rate is subject to change without notice. Prices subject to change.
